Free Standard Delivery within 3 Working Days
Using our specialist delivery partner all orders on our free Standard Delivery service placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day (subject to stock availability). We do not deliver or dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery from Tuesday. All deliveries are carried out by a third party courier not Alpha Batteries. We enjoy a success rate of 96% of orders arriving on time and whilst we do everything we can to avoid delays, invariably couriers can have delays with factors beyond our control; if and when we become aware of a delay regarding your delivery we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. If we have any unexpected stock delay issues you will be contacted on the day of purchase to inform you of such delays.
Our free standard delivery service covers most UK postcodes with the following exceptions:
AB, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, ZE
The following Postcodes can only be sent on a 3-5 working day service and will incur a £9.99 per total order surcharge:

Express Next Working Day Delivery
Using our specialist delivery partner all orders placed with the paid express delivery option before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability). We do not deliver or dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday. All deliveries are carried out by a third party courier not Alpha Batteries. We enjoy a success rate of 96% of orders arriving next working day and whilst we do everything we can to avoid delays, invariably couriers can have delays with factors beyond our control; if and when we become aware of a delay regarding your delivery we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. If we have any unexpected stock delay issues you will be contacted on the day of purchase to inform you of such delays.
Delivery times can not be guaranteed and in the unlikely event of a failed next working day service the surcharge can be refunded.
Our Express Next Working Day Delivery covers most UK postcodes with the following exceptions:
AB, BT, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE
Pallet Delivery
All items deemed too large for normal courier services will be sent via pallet delivery. This will be displayed on our checkout page under the name Pallex Network. Our pallet delivery service is a working day Monday – Friday service only. Pallet deliveries can not be delivered at weekends as commercial pallet networks close.
We offer a two-tier delivery option for items requiring pallet delivery. Free Standard Delivery within 3 working days on orders placed before 3pm & Express Next Working Day Delivery on orders placed before 3pm. All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for the relevant service chosen.
A signature is required for all pallet deliveries. Our delivery partner will email and provide a text message alert with a timeframe for delivery.
We are unable to ship to the following post codes on any service but may be able to obtain a quote:
GY, HS, IM, JE, ZE, Ireland.
Alpha Batteries bears no responsibility for whatsoever for loss occurred due to late or failed deliveries.

Tracking Your Delivery
You can track your delivery through our specialist couriers. Once your parcel has left us it will be scanned for delivery, overnight you should receive an email via the address provided to us when making your order containing a link to tracking information. Should you wish to contact us regarding your delivery please call our dedicated tracking team on 01706 356 356 selecting option 2. We cannot contact couriers directly at weekends however we can send them an email to chase the next working day.
Delivery of Goods
All of our batteries are securely packed to avoid damage but please do not sign for goods if your delivery shows evidence of damage as we will not be able claim on your behalf in such instances. Your parcel can be left in a safe place by the couriers if you leave a signed note instructing them to do so. Please note that we can not be liable for theft of parcels if you provide alternative delivery instructions.
Take care to unpack your battery outside away from carpets and clothing, Alpha batteries or our delivery partner can not be responsible for any damage occurred after successful delivery. Your invoice and warranty will be supplied in your parcel please keep these documents for future records. That’s it! Your battery is supplied tested, fully charged and ready to fit!
