his 10A MPPT solar charge controller (12V/24V) is ideal for CIGS low-voltage panels thanks to its buck-boost MPPT design. It can intelligently convert a wide range of panel voltages into the correct charging voltage for your battery — even when the panel voltage is below the battery voltage.
That puts it a step ahead of many conventional MPPT controllers, which typically need the solar panel voltage to stay higher than the battery voltage. For example, you can run a 9V solar panel and still charge a 12V or 24V battery. You still get the core MPPT advantage too: improved energy harvest and higher overall yield compared to basic PWM controllers.
