Your online battery finder suggests a different battery to the one I currently have, what should I do?

Our battery finder is a guide only and it is compiled from data supplied directly by the battery manufacturers who themselves have an accuracy rate of around 90%. Please check the current battery type fitted before ordering, in some cases you may find an incorrect battery may already be fitted to your vehicle. Another area we always recommend to check is the size of the battery tray. Should you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be able to assist you with your order.

Will I lose data and radio codes when changing my battery?

All vehicles are different. Most batteries can be changed without any loss of data or radio codes however we strongly suggest checking your vehicle hand book for advice.

What if I’ve ordered the wrong battery or the one I’ve ordered does not fit?

What do I do if I suspect my battery from you is faulty?

All our products leave us following a comprehensive test, fully charged and are ready to fit to ensure your experience is a good one.
