Alpha Batteries offer a Free Next Working day delivery service to most areas of mainland UK. All orders placed before 3pm will be sent overnight for delivery the next working day. We do not deliver on saturdays. All orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday. We use a specialist third party courier with a nextday delivery success rate of 97%. Please be aware that deliveries are NOT guaranteed. Couriers can have delays from time to time with factors beyond our control. Rest assured we will resolve any delivery issues once and if we are made aware. To ensure customer support we have a dedicated tracking team to help resolve any delivery delays.
Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands.
We do NOT deliver to the Isle of Mann and Channel Islands. We can however send bulk orders via Pallet Delivery. PLease contact us on 01706356356 for more information.
Scottish Postcodes North of Glasgow carry a surcharge of £5.99 and may take up to three days to arrive.
Northen Ireland and Southern Ireland carries a surcharge of £9.99 and may take up to four days to arrive.
Bank Holidays etc
Bank holidays are a busy time for everybody. There is no delivery service on Bank Holidays. Please order well in advance of bank holidays to avoid delays.
