Nationwide Next Working Day Delivery
Using two courier networks we offer our excellent Nationwide Next Working Day Delivery service to most UK postcodes. All orders received by 3pm will be dispatched and delivered next working day. All orders taken on Friday’s will be dispatched same-day with delivery expected on the following Monday. We do not deliver at weekends.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
You Can Track your order by calling our dedicated Tracking team on 01706356356 pressing option Two. Liz and Kelly will be happy to help and update you on the status of delivery.
Our batteries are extremely well packed and in the rare case of courier damage we kindly ask that you inspect all parcels before signing for them. Couriers can invariably foul up but rest assured we work tirelessly to ensure all slight delays get resolved quickly.
Please note that some Scottish postal areas and the Isle of Man carry higher postal rates, please check with us first if you are unsure. We do not deliver to Ireland due to battery content.
